I still think that top vent needs to be shorter, but I had trouble with it smaller using the existing parts. Probably better to scratch build something really low-profile, maybe even covering that top hatch.
I've got another one, so I'm going to try something really different with the tail, and maybe the wings, too.

That's an interesting idea, but I think you'd really have to rework the front to get it to work. Don't forget the front assault ramp!
