All those interested, I will be running a SAGA Dark Ages Tourney at Millenium Con this year. Room for up to 24 players and if needed, we will have a few armies available to loan for the tourney if your new and want to play but do not have a warband yet. Learn Friday Night as we will also be running a SAGA bootcamp, the the tourney on Saturday.
Bootcamp : Friday, Nov 7th, 12PM
Dark Ages Tournament : Saturday, Nov 8th, 2PM
Saturday Tourney Rules
Warbands : Only warbands in the SAGA core rulebook, Northern Fury, Raven’s Shadow, and Varjazi & Basileus are permitted. Heroes and Swords for Hire are permitted as long as they are covered in the above rulebooks or have a valid rule card issued through Gripping Beast or Studio Tomahawk.
Players will fill out a 7-point roster. Matches will be 6 points.
All figures must be based & painted (3 color minimum).
Players : Tournament has 24 available spots for registration.
Gameplay : Three matches played over 3 scenarios (Swiss pairing used).
Rules and FAQ : Crescent & Cross rulebook and FAQ posted to Gripping Beast site as of Sept 2014
Prizes : Prizes for the top finishers in the tournament.
Additional Information : Spare Warbands available for both days.
Again, spare warbands available for the bootcamp, and first come first serve for tournament use. Come support a local Con and learn a great skirmish game in the process.
