So, as explained in the packets, there will be a random initiative order for challenges to be made. So as to be fair to all, Turn 2's challenge order will be the reverse of Turn 1. A new initiative order will then be rolled for campaign Turn 3. So, here is the Turn 1 Initiative Order for the challenges:

So, challenges can't really be made until the map and initial positions are sorted out, but there it is for you. The Imperials look like our beurocracy hit us, as we are slow off the blocks to pick match-ups that we want in the challenges.
