On the CB website, they say even if you enter a local store contest. From their site: "Any competition will disqualify an entry; in essence we are looking for never before seen entries, hence the long lead time announcement for those who wish to enter."
Enter your Version2-- no one will have seen that one and you can bring the original to show.
Makes sense I guess. And, version 2 would likely be better.
