Erin and I got our game in today and I won 10-2. Lost my bike squad way to easy and early, but was able to outlast on the rest and keep her at enough range to whitle her down.
It was an interesting game between Dan and I. Dan with Ultramarines versus Daniel with Ultramarines. Let's say that Chaplain Cassius and his Tyrannical War Vets suffered a PTSD break and attacked the second company. Dan was running a drop pod based army and I was a mix of bikes, infantry and centurions. I deployed pretty tight in the back of my deployment zone in hopes of keeping him from coming down in the middle of my forces, which sort of worked, but not really. The first couple of turns weren't too eventful, but somewhere around turn 3 it turned into a blood bath on both sides. We both had slay the warlord and he had line breaker and first blood, and ended in a very fitting draw of 10 to 10.
That was a great game Dandy. Thanks again.

Anyone else getting fourth round games in yet?
Eek! This was supposed to be the week we started the 1500 pt round. Has no one else played their games? Unfortunately, TxPlays missed out of his fourth round game, but that leaves a number of games left to be played.

yeah, maybe a good idea too see about extending round 4 another week at least
but we could do a 1500 point Thursday if you like. my classes are done, so I can actually be there at a reasonable time.

Yes, we played. I have to drop out for round 4 an round 5. I don't have 1500 points of Harlequinns for various reasons. Such as not able to actually buy the models due to demand and the time to actually put them together.
