    If he can make it look good using pvc who cares? I use to know a guy that made stunning land raiders out of cardboard. Hell I helped him sell about a dozen before we lost contact with each other. Point is cheap materials done well can look amazing. This is not Aqua's Barbie "life in plastic". There are other materials to work in.

    I had a friend who used a can of chili for a drop pod. Wasn't even Hormel or anything, just some dollar store brand no one ever heard of.
