So after reading the thread noodlers put out about restrictions in 40k, I had a thought I would like some answers to.

Would you rather have a game where....
You and your opponents both restrict your armies to even levels and have a fair game
OR
You and your opponent both bring the best, most competitive, highest chance of winning lists you can and have a fair game.

I know for sure I am the second option, but was thinking that I am in the minority.
