I made a bunch of Deathwatch guys that I run as sternguard. Those rules are pretty close to the old WD rules for Deathwatch killteams...except for the part where they could all get a force weapon and the heavy bolters were hvy3/36" or assualt 2/18" (which was awesomely fluffy). But they can still load up on special weapons.
