Does not change the fact that the roads were blocked totally cutting off traffic in all directions. Traffic should not be locked down totally in a city this size.

Eh, they do it in Boston and New York... I don't think we have much of an excuse to complain. I knew about the marathon so I made sure to plan routes that would put me in conflict with them as little as possible.
