    You know when...

You know when that heavy thing falls off your shelf onto a pile of half painted models? Of course it lands on the one Forgeworld model and does hit any of the thirty crappy plastic models.

What's that called, mini gaming's version of Murphy's Law?

I was playing a game once years ago. My opponent was using one of those brick sized metal construction site tape measures that weighs about 5 pounds. He dropped it right in the middle of my most heavily converted units, pulverizing the squad leader...

When I worked at Vigil, and guys ass snagged the tray my Ork army was on and dragged it off the desk. Naturally all the plastic def koptas landed first and then the metal Ork Dred landed on top of them. Galileo and Newton were sought for questioning.

That should have been an automatic forfeit.

Trent's display board with the Nurgle Army I painted for him got knocked over at Alamo. I had just delivered the last model to him 10 minutes before. The guy that knocked the army over didn't even help him pick it up.

This years lone wolf I watched a game being played, guy behind the players was moving stuff around for the event. On one of his back and forth trips his shoe kicks the corner of a one of the players I am watching display board. Takes the corner smooth off, dude doesn't stop or say a thing just keeps going. I could tell the player was fit when I told him what happened.
