Hogleg - "only in my head someone bought CRP's OOP Wraithlord then stuck its toe in cover."
pfft, whatever! you failed to mention how awesome I am in multiplayer and what a great team player I make.
HAH! I still can't believe we one that game with the Epic Come-Back.

DEATH FROM ABOVE! Assault marines are the bestest thing since sliced ork.
Give a man fire, and you keep him warm for a night.
Set a man on fire, and you keep him warm for the rest of his life.
Once you go Tac, you never go back :P
True Grit = tactical marine with the "jump pack and power axe" perk. Though, I don't think you could use Kraken rounds with True Grit, which was kinda meh.
Overall, the game was pretty good. It was very pretty and with a fairly stable client, but I continue to dislike multi-player FPS/3PS games. Multi-player is in need of some balance corrections, but that's an easy enough fix. Having only random, P2P servers is probably a poor choice - seems like there's always that guy on the old phone-line modem who ends up hosting. Or maybe they're just in the UK, who knows. Single player was amusing, if short and extremely linear. The ending was kinda meh too; they set up fine for a sequal, but for $50 I was hoping to get more than 10 hours of storyline.

that's pretty typical for a 3rd person shooter with Multiplayer (a la Gears 2, Rainbow 6 Vegas/Vegas 2). It's a two sitter as far as single player goes. Also, I liked the story for what it was. I think it would have been something you could have easily found in a Black Library quality level book. and it fits perfectly in the Grim-dark Mythos.
yep... story was short and too the point. although it was not as good as the ultramarines movie... multi player is a blast.
