I love this video. This is some kind of skinned over exiting military transport if I recall correctly. This video has been floating around the interwebs since the launch of DoW II

If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong

Still cool. If I owned a big ranch I'd totally have one, probably based off something more mundane like a Cat.
I am pretty sure it is built off an Army M577 mobile command post.
Its similar to the Bradley IFV/Bradley Linebacker system but a much smaller chassis.

Thats the M113, but the 577 is similar with a taller crew area

I thought it a M113/m577 chassis too until I looked at the video again (having spent a share of my REMF time in M577's and M113's) and noticed that the engine and driver hatch are switched. It is also too short to be the 577.
That is based on the Brit FV432 according to THQ's website - a M113 comparable, easily.
There was still a LOT of heavy metal type conversion to this thing - it is not a bolt on sheet metal superstructure. Looking at them smash cars and go through mud is cool and all, but there is definately some structural engineering at work here - no dents or dings in the hull. With the tonnage that thing is caring around they probably had to cut and rebuild it out of armored plating - especially where they extended its nose out front and the side-skirts - or we'd see where it damaged itself.
I wonder what it's real armor value would be - probably would still stop the small arms fire it was designed to.
