    Plaguekings <3

I'm not gunna lie, super tempted to work again on that Beastmen army I had in the wings and use these guys, just with some extra fur and stuff. Screw Minotaurs.

Also, geez, someone should have tried harder when using their cameraphone.

hah - did you see the rules on them? They have all the weapons and can choose which one to use at the start of Combat. Oh and they are MoN with WS 6. which means most stuff is hitting you on 5+ even other hero-level characters! 40 points a pop, look cool, and are rock solid in combat? I might get some for my Warriors army just cause!

http://www.lounge.belloflostsouls.ne...-Rumor-Roundup - Larry has the rules in his summary section.

T5 with a 3+ save, 3 Wounds and 3 attacks at WS 6 - per guy. I'm gonna hafta swap out one of my Gorebeast Chariots for a unit of these guys.... ahh who am I kidding, those Gorebeast chariots are still awesome. Now I gotta make a Nurgle theme list.

with 40k its best to get the rules straight then apply imagination and rationalize; you will only get annoyed doing it the other way round

Ya, that unit is sick. I don't understand how they are not monstrous infantry...Probably ****ty gw rule writing oversight.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw the rules Jordan. They even look like they are on 40 mm.

If they were MI and only 40ppm, they would be brokenly undercosted. But, as regular infantry I think they are actually a good release, properly costed. In terms of WoC it makes them a good, viable option, but not an auto-include/power creep unit ... about what weshould want/hope for in any release I think.

Given that they are on 40mm they have to be MI. Unless this is something for 9th ed? Base sizes determine unit type, this has been a rule/guideline since well 5th.

Not only does the rules entry call them infantry, they have unit size 5+ which also says base infantry. They are not MI.

Like Jordan said earlier more than likely its GW messing up. I would be amazed if they stayed In and not become MI. In does not go on a 40mm, the largest In is 25mm.

base size has nothing to do with unit type
