Thread: 30k Tournament ??? Someday

What: Warhammer 30k Age of Darkness Tournament

When: Saturday Feb 20th 2016. Game 1 Starts at 11am.

Where: Dragons Lair

Tournament Format:

3 Games Escalation Style.

Game 1 , 1000 pts. No Lords of War.

Game 2 , 1500 pts.

Game 3, 2,000 pts.

Games will be using scenario's from the HH books or one inspired by them. Results from your games will have an effect on your army in the next game.

Army Construction Rules

Players will create 3 army lists using the Age of Darkness Force Organization Chart from the Horus Heresy Book.
All 3 armies must contain an identical copy of 1 HQ and 2 troops. These may not change over the course of the tournament. All others choices in your army may change in between game sizes.

Only armies whose rules are wholly contained within the Horus Heresy books are allowed in this event.

You may use "40k" marines as an appropriate Legion as long as it is abundantly clear which legion they represent.

House rule proposal: Can we have bolters be free on HQs instead of paying 2 points?

Also, are Relics of the Age of Darkness allowed?
