Warhammer Fantasy 8th Edition Event Info

All lists will be 2500 points unless otherwise stated before hand, All “End Times” units and characters will be allowed and 50% Lords and 50% heroes will be in effect. Lore of Undeath is in use. Khaine magic will not be used. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

In addition, the following house rules will be in effect:

Terrain Features block all line of sight through them (but you may target units on top of hills and inside forests). Units with at least 50% of their models inside the tree outline count as in cover and may see out of the forest.

Any spell that removes a character with no chances to save at all (excluding “Final Transmutation”) allow a look out sir if it would normally be available.

Scoring System For Battles

16 points for achieving a major victory (difference of more than 501 points in your favor)
13 points for achieving a minor victory (difference of between 101 to 500 points in your favor)
10 points for achieving a draw (difference of less than 100 points between players)
7 points for suffering a minor loss (difference of between 500 to 101 points in your opponents favor)
4 points for suffering major loss (difference of more than 501 points in your opponents favor)

All Judge rulings are final, if you want a second option on a ruling you may ask for one, however the judges ruling is final after this second opinion.

Hobby Challenge

Players (and Judge) will vote over lunch for which army they feel was the best representation of that months aspect of the hobby (it could be painting, conversions, theme, fluffy lists, so on). They may vote for themselves if they like. The most votes wins the Hobby Challenge.

Prize Support

The top two Battle Scores and the winner of the Hobby Challenge will win prizes. In addition, 1 extra prize will be given out by the judge at random for any reason he sees fit, each person may only win 1 prize.
