What the **** is wrong with people?

During my travels, I happened to pass through the part of the Horrible Frozen North known as Pennsylvania. Why the FUÇK would anyone choose to live in this hellish netherworld? I stopped to get gas on my way to the airport, and when I got out of my car, the air itself tried to murder me. I could feel the blood in my veins freezing. Clearly, this is the problem with America today. All our politicians have chosen to live in a place where the weather is so cold it makes them functionally retarded. I bet all the nation's problems could be solved if they relocated the capitol to sunny Texas.

and yet, look at the texas legislature.

I agree though, it is a hellish netherworld up there, and apparently is unseasonably cold right now, to boot.

Manitoba yesterday had a high of -34. I disbelieve such cold!

Don't mess with the bull, Manitoba. You'll get the horns.

The next time I hear about -34 I'm crackin' skulls.

The frozen part is how we know that we're not in hell.

And folks from up North say the same thing about our heat in the Summer.

And you get used to the cold. During our first winter in North Dakota we thought we were going to die. Second winter, we were out in t-shirts until it dipped below 40 degrees.

Still, tugging on locks at 90 below with wind chill was one of the reasons I didn't argue when the wife said we were going back to Texas one I retired.

I really miss jumping off the second story roof of our house in Cincinnati into 13 foot snow drifts... It was pretty cool to be able to build igloos in your front yard too!

After having shoveled more than my share, I don't miss snow all that much either.

You know what's also cool? NOT having to drive to work through 13 foot snow drifts.

Easiest PT ever. Better to shovel snow than shovel sand.
