I've always wanted to join a campaign game. It actually gives a reason to bring a non-min/maxxed army and play an outnumbered and outgunnned army if there is a story behind it.

I would love to join this as well. I definitely like the more story-telling aspect of the hobby that's been missing lately.

Oh, me? I'm hardcore, mostly at just bringing what I have painted, and that's just a mix of silly things anyways.

Dan/Sloth and I had our round 5 match last night, and I took a pretty good stomping. The dice certainly didn't help me, but also I tried a different list to what I have been running, and I don't think it worked very well, not to mention winding up with too much of my force on the wrong side of the board at the wrong time. In other words he just kicked my rear, lol. 11-2. Stupid bike squad and chapter master couldn't buy a fricking save though ...

My bikes very literally couldn't make a save after the first round, along with that the entire damage output of my chapter master on bike was 1 hull point off of the Land Raider (took 3 wounds from overwatch), and I wound up with 1/3 of my force on the wrong side of the board when his drop pods all hit on the other side. Oh and his techmarine/thunderfire literally tanked about 50-60 shots without failing a single save. And after both Alamo and last night, I think my dice must be sacrificed to the gaming gods, lol.
