Basically I picked up A cryx battle group, and a Circle battlegroup along with an alpha wolf and shifting stones and trying to unload the circle and learn with cryx, I am 100% newb besides watching tutorials online and playing a few games way back in MKI... anyone willing to school me up? Unfortunately I am an elitest by heart so refuse to learn "the wrong way" or buy sensless add ons to my army I will not use in a competitive future. Generally speaking. I need a competitive mentor.
If you want Austin's absolute best Cryx player, that'd be Jordan.

There are several of us that play at Dragon's Lair that could be considered competitive players (meaning going to Con-level events and making Masters), though Jordan is the only one of us that owns Cryx. I have played plenty against Cryx. Probably at least as much to be learned by playing against good anti-cryx stuff

We typically play up at Dragons Lair on Wednesdays nights if you want to come by and get a few games in the "almighty" Jordan typically shows off his "greatness" around 7pm.
If you want Austin's absolute best Skorne player, that'd be Ben. He can stomp cryx!

K so i have a battlegroup, eLord asphyxious, and a nightmare. Is that a good start? If something isnt needed i will try to sell it with my circle while its still NEw in box
Looks good there really are not that many models in this game that are that bad that are unplayable I would consider looking at getting some infantry with cryx if you can. You cant go wrong with Banes or mcthralls, or sytixis
