Has anyone else had issues with Privateer Press' quality control lately? I've had the following issues:

-Missing card
-Epic Morghul missing fan weapon
-Parts order (that was never shipped until I contacted them) missing a pinning thing and had the wrong head as one of the pieces. Replacements still actually haven't been shipped.
-Drago was missing some spikes and a smokestack.

And now I've finished up Fenris only to learn that I had two copies of the on foot cape, so I can't put the cape on the mounted version. All of these items were purchased in the last two months. I'm almost afraid to submit a ticket about Fenris, as they might start thinking I'm trying to rip them off (I mean, how do I supply a picture showing that I'm missing a part?)

Is this a common thing, related to the supply problems they seem to be having, or am I just having a huge run of bad luck?
