I like it. A full squad with those will be awesome.
Not as criticism but I think the veteran helmets for the Salamanders are red. Also, from personal experience it looks totally sweet to do red for the helmet, and totally not like christmas marines

Thanks! I'm going to try out some other color combinations, that way each cloak comes from a "unique" salamander. I kinda ruined the rest of the model with bad highlighting and attempting to paint white.

Simple green! Remove the back pack first!
That's the idea. I've got a batch of some of my first tactical marines that need a bath in simple green.
