Win/Loss tournament with 3 undefeated players.(VP tie breaker)
Only Austin player to place was me and I got 3rd. Mostly due to the last mission being KPs with unlimited cap and my opponent had half the KPs of everyone else. *sigh* Even tabling my opponent on table 1 knocked me down to 3rd.
At least I got to bamboozle Nick Rose for one of my wins lol.
Highlights I can remember.
-MatTau brought a khorne knight named steve. Who apparently was first blooded every match. and then 6 stomped a seer council like a boss.
-Nick Rose forgets to read mission rules
-Tyson's green tide tanked 2 gunline Tau players and survived. He got screwed over 2nd game because the TO didn't bother to enforce dice down at all.

Well i have slept on this and I must say that I will now reconsider where I live based upon this shoddy showing of the Austin community.
We sent our best and brightest to San Antonio and I expected to see some damn White Scars thrown in the dumpster after this and 3 medals awarded to the Austin Community.
Obviously I have been rolling over for you guys and not doing my part to train you. Providing too many easy wins.
From now on I am going to play wave serpent spam allied with a flying daemon circus so that you guys will do better at tournaments.
THe waffle house and dennys dumpsters were really looking to get into 40k and because you guys lost that is now not possible.
