ok so everyone knows 40k chariots are saucesome. but what you might not know is, gw left a boothole of questions regarding how they actually work, esp with mehcrons, one of only two armies that have them currently.
heres some weird situations that have come up:
1. you charge into a scrum with one of your two bitchin douche canoes (you do take 2 right?). makes sense that the enemy can attack either the lord or the chariot. lets say the enemy wrecks (not essplodes) the chariot but not the lord. assuming its totally surrounded on all sides 5 inches deep. theres no disembark possible so is the lord destroyed? can you reanimate if theres somehow room?
2. same scenario, only this time they kill the lord not the chariot. at the end of the phase, after the enemy has consolidated, its time to roll his reanimation. but where does the everliving counter go? was he knocked off the chariot, and since theres enemies all around (ie no space to be placed 3" from his counter AND 1" from enemy) is he prevented from popping up again? or is the counter on the chariot, which makes sense but is not explicit that you can have a counter "embarked" on a transport?
all this is much more interesting than the silly night scythe "burning wreckage wormhole feedback" bull**** all the necron jaters are trying to pull.
