This is everything your looking for its free and is updated from time to time. I found it on a podcast and has a lot of cool features. I tried to get Davis to use it but.... Ya. this also gives everybody access to view history of events.

Yup, it does, but it isn't free. There's a small cost for either the organizer or the player.

Thanks, I haven't seen this one yet.

There are others out there-- many stand-alone solutions (usually a java app) but a few web-based ones that do pairings and track history.

The pairings part is fairly easy, I've done that for a while. But, in my experience of the last three to five years, most TOs just want to use what they are using now.
