So after being laughed at by everyone at release for failing to be a "titan-killer"... the new Stormsurge is in fact the best anti-Titan unit in the game. (4 D shots that hit on 2s that ignore cover... oh GOD!!!!)

That stealth formation is going to be scary too.

All in all Tau just became asburdly good. And my dream of an all stealth suit army just became a real possibility!
