So I got one of those keys and downloaded the game to see what's what.

The voice acting and the into quest was pretty cool, and so far I have only reached level, but as near as i can tell its not as open world as previous elder scrolls game which is a drawback for me. Maybe it changes latter on but it seems like your stuck in zones appropriate for your level like any other mmo.
