There are quite a few stores in the Metroplex area that offer 20%-25% discounts on GW stuff. Are there any around Austin/SA that do this - apart from the 5% customer account discount Mage's Sanctum does?

No, there are not deep discounters here in Austin. The main reason for it is rental rates are all at a premium and giving a 25% discount means the retailer loses money on the sale.

I heard that Mage's Sanctum gives a 20% discount on GW stuff. I'm not sure if there is a secret handshake or something that requires that, but it was mentioned on the South Austin 40k facebook group, so I don't think it's a secret for the select few.
Not sure if its still a thing but GW Austin did offer a 10% discount for evil empire minis (GW) if you where a Veteran.
