you can he would just take up an hq slot is all, 2 of which you have.
I would like to be able to try deathleaper's assassin squad or manufactorum genestealers, but one is outright banned, and the other won't leave enough troop slots to have a viable army...

Does the fact that railhead is happening on the same weekend as the march tournament going to affect the date of the tournament?
It's my understanding someone else will be there to run it that weekend
