I say not really, but I am going off the old idea of a Talos. A giant space age machine that is powered by some pour soul trapped inside it, driving the rampaging machine with his death spams-ism. It is a very clean conversion though.

Maybe just the gun without the rider? I kinda feel like the pain dragon should be on his own, or more mechanical.
I'd say ditch the rider, not that he doesn't look good, just that he doesn't fit to me. maybe some kind of howdah apparatus deal, with the gun mounted in that?

Chris this is an exodite dragon, not a dark eldar talos. It is a counts as monsters. I think a T-Rex is pretty close to T7 4W and 3+ save.
As far as no rider this is my inspiration...
as you can see the Stegadon had a rider...
If that is an exodite dragon then why are you calling it a piece for a talos which is a pain incubator with legs?
