Thread: Sons of Horus trial

Sons of Horus scheme...tried to stick to the FW book pics but also make it fast. This one took me about 2 hrs of stop and go...think it could be faster once I get the color choices/techniques decisions 100%. Any critiques appreciated, especially on the grey/green/teal look lol

i think you really did a good job with your shading. Is there a reason you did not want to paint them gray with sea green trim?

Looks great!

Pics are a little small, but I like the combination of colors. The only thing I'm not totally sold on are the gold claws. Might be too much gold? My first thought was silver, but I see many people do gold, so maybe that's just my personal bias.
