The only source of networked marker lights is the skyray, and you can't take them in the contingent without taking 3+ hammer heads. This means you just won't see sky rays in the taucurion at all, and if they're in a cad they can't combine fire.
I've read the book quite a lot and while the contingent is really strong, it shouldn't be too out of whack with the rest of the 7.5 books, if it is at all.

Sorry, the only decent source of a networked markerlight is a skyray :P. No one runs the codex tau planes for a reason. They're terrible.
