Hey nick - Shield Generator: If you control both the space port and shield generator, your space port is immune to attack, whether it be a ground attack from this planet, or an attack from a space port on another planet.
So I think what we decided was that you can't go after the spaceport itself yet but hexes next to it or the generator first. Which in this case is out of reach.
