    Armada: Price

So now that I've played a bit of X-Wing Miniatures, I was eyeballing Armada as a cool looking game. I know it's newer and was wondering what the overall feel was. I saw that on the FFG website it listed the starter set at $100 and have seen mention of that. But then I saw it on Amazon (with Prime shipping!) for $66.95 and thought that seemed good. http://www.amazon.com/Fantasy-Flight...ar+wars+armada

So is $67 about typical for the starter set nowadays or is that a good deal I should jump on?

Amazon usually has great prices on FFG stuff, but their prices shift often. It is $69 at miniaturemarket.com, so that seems like a good price.

Yeah, its a good price. I really like the idea of the game, but have had limited chances to play it. But i like the rules and the models. Ill be up there on Thursday playing a game if you want to see it played ( and hopefully 40k as well John Cook)

Big difference is, unlike X-Wing, there's no need to buy outside the faction you intend on playing.
