I should say, I'm convinced these rules are totally fake.
After more reading I'm less convinced. I think this is real.

Based on what I've read around the internet, there's too much to pick one thing. If true, this is more like the shift from 2nd-3rd edition than 3rd-4th-5th. Lots of changes. Dakka and the Bols forums have threads on it. I'm sure other forums do too.

It's full of good fun.
WOW I hope these are real!

I will officially start playing again if these rules are 1/2 correct. This looks amazing.
Well, I am not going to buy my ork army if this is true:
Phase order: Move - Assault - Shoot - Consolidate
That ruins the idea and concept of the Waaaagh.
I would'nt hold of from buying anything. I would just ignore these and keep on moving. I assume most of this will get changed. That being said the changes to Orks seem kind of cool and oculd make them stronger. You have a 18 inch threat range now instead of your 12. I think that will be better for you.

After reading this I have decided that the movie "Pineaple Express" should redo one of its quotes from:
"But if you do something heroic then you'll come back as like an eagle or a dragon, or Jude Law."
To:
"But if you do something heroic then you'll come back as like an eagle or a dragon, or Nick Rose."
Here are the new Waaagh rules: "Once per game, the Ork player can declare a Waaagh! during one of his Movement phases. This may not normally be declared on the first game cycle. For the duration of that game cycle, all friendly Ork infantry units have the ‘fleet of foot' rule (not Gretchin units). Roll a D6 for every unit that moves in that game cycle. If a unit rolls a 1, one model from that unit takes a single wound."
