We could do March 5th as the start of the first round and have it be a painting day. Then first games March 12?

Are there any good small points rules around? Maybe Adepticon Combat Patrol rules for games 750 and under?

I'll probably be painting most of my stuff at home, that said, I won't be working on this until after Railhead, this next week is all Waaaagh.
