Alright alright, all this MADNESS needs to be addressed. So here is what will happen.
For the month of October and only October the dirty is allowed at full force no holding back total insanity. What does that mean in simple speak?
October third Sunday of the month, 2500pts. Undeath rules in full use no ban as normal on named characters. BUT to help keep this in some state of balance two things will happen.
1 You better have the book on hand. Undeath or whatever the hell GW is calling it right now.
2 For the first time ever under my reign army lists will not only be a must but be a no play penalty if you dont bring me a written copy that I can read and hold in my hands (tablets dont count). Normally I don't care if you have a roster or not but since we are doing this silliness I want to read your list and if its too much expect changes to be made to your list right their and then and be ready to account for it. If you opt to not use the Undeath rules you as usually do not have to have a roster on hand. Because I know what your normal book can do, its this raise up units crap that I am not 100% familer with.

After October and we see the fall out of just how nasty this all is a permanent decision will be made. For now your local TO has spoken on the subject, let my first truly Draconian act be my last.
