Two questions:
1) Any changes to the rules for retreating?
2) Is the roll to see if an IC survives only for named characters, or does it apply to generics as well?

Decisions can be made begining at the top of 4, and then again at the top of 5.

Someone else asked this, but it is intended to be all HQs, and or non-HQ ICs (not sure if there are any), (plus the special addition of the Avatar for fluff reasons). So yes, generics would roll as well.
