    IT/Dev work in Austin

    Hey guys,

totally non-game-related, but I may be in the market looking for a new job in the near future. I've been working at National Instruments for the last few years, first job out of college and all that. It hasn't quite been what I wanted in a job, and I'm thinking about moving on. no idea when or where too, but seeing as a whole bunch of the people in this group are in jobs that are at least somewhat tech-related, I figured this might be a good place to put out some feelers.

Mostly have experience with java/JSF programming and app development, some work with SQL (mod pl/sql and SQL Server at different times) and some limited work with front end html/css stuff.

If anyone knows of opportunities in your workplaces for that kind of work, hit me up! thanks a lot guys

Does anybody else find it odd, by the way, that the information age has led to language becoming an oblique and imprecise tool where even the most straightforward phrasing is pored over with chicken entrails and bone tossing to divine the true meaning?

I know apple is going through a hiring surge right now in regards to customer support; it might be worth checking to see if they have some sort of development/troubleshooting positions opening up as well.

If you're okay with a relocation, my company needs IT/Dev people. Company is Nationstar Mortgage and it is in the Dallas Metroplex. Let me know if you're interested. Pay and benefits are some of the best in our industry and VERY competitive with any other industry.
