I don't think that is silly at all - really the background can support a lot of weirdo combinations of forces. I like your suggestion.
Additionally, I think this is a valid discussion to have - but worry that people start combining two different things in these discussions: perceived 'op-ness' and personal renditions of what is appropriately 'fluffy'.
