    It's looking like 2k will be what is ideal, for now as folks get to grips go for 1500. Allies are fine just make sure you follow the allies system.

    Rick, ALL races will be in the Kings of War system. They are working on a book with more armies in it after they release V2 rules. Right now all hands at Mantic are busy proofing V2 rules. There was a delay with the full digital release rules to backers due to too proofing.

    Is a breath attack a "normal" ranged attack? Would jar of the 4 winds work on a breath weapon?

    No it says it's a special ranged attack. Davis already tried that

    (# of blasts)
    ( wound roll)

    From what I saw last night you guys were doing it correct. Roll to hit, generate shots then roll to pen. The order of opertions from what I have here says:
    Roll to hit, for each hit roll blast number, then roll to damage De.
    Example Blast d6+4
    Hit 5+, hit d6+4 (sample number 2 rolled plus 4 = 6), roll to damage 6 times.
