    Well I wouldn't advocate for us to switch locally here if the south region overall didn't ... and honestly, I don't see the region adopting it anytime soon. "We're Texas damn-it, and we're independent and bigger and better" and all that BS. But if the 50% lords issues helps give another reason to push us towards using comp I would certainly support it.

    Question: If a Skaven Grey Seer or Vermin Lord takes Undeath, can they swap a spell for dread 13th still? Since it is a special rule of theirs that they can do that?

    My best guess at this would be that a any mage who takes that lore must take it fully. I might be wrong but isnt a Skaven only allowed to swap between his two lores? That would be my best guess at it.
