im saying, skitarii in drop pods is just lame. you and everyone else on the internet are doing it only bc it overcomes one of their shortcomings, ie no transports, and bc pods are fast attack for some dumb reason, and allies allows it. if you had a fluff reason even a lame one i never heard it. but anyways theres plenty of marine units that could fill in for those units and make it more cool. for chrissake you already have tank hunter las devs, las batteries, and a sicarian. and still you wanted to bring haywire skitari in drop pods? they checked them out with their mechanicus library card? imperial fists were selling them as surplus?

its not a difficult concept. im not crying OP foul. a campaign has a story. this was not very story and frankly decreases my interest in playing a long form story gameset with yall.

and put thought into it? 2 options charge your static forces or sit there and be tank huntered apart. i did what i could. it was pretty foregone conclusion man. but like i said i didnt cry unfair. i cried uncool.
But how can anyone stick to your subjective definition of 'cool'? Is it consistent? Is it something definable or just a feeling you get? Why are people beholden to your opinion?
Is it really so out of the realm of possibility that the Mechanicus (who build almost everything) has some Drop Pods and the ships to deploy them or some Rhinos? Maybe no transports isn't actually a shortcoming of Skitarii since they are Imperials and have plenty of Battle Brother allies with access to transports... surely the games designers knew this...
I just don't get it...
