Allies and fortifications are allowed, and if you have the appropriate book, 40k-approved Forge World units as well. No FW army lists or Heresy units however.

The point schedule for the other months can change, but the first tournament of the quarter is 1250. It might be 1500-1850 in subsequent months, or 1500-200, 1850-200, etc.
