Any current players probably know this, but for those who don't: Wyrd does their main big new release push every year at GenCon, including some exclusives. This year's special edition box is an alt version of the Colette crew, which is a wicked cool carnival theme. Plus you can order stuff that doesn't go out for general release until later in the year. (I am interested in their new 'story box', Crossroads 7, which is a band of the 7 deadly sins - in my imagination they probably sound like the Rev Horton Heat.)
They also have their first 'intro box' set ever, which includes two henchman led crews, Neverborn and Guild, but all of the models in the set are Mercenaries too so can be used by any faction. It is weird as in this box, the NB are mostly shooty and the Guild are more melee, which is switched from their dominant faction themes. It does not include a physical mini-rulebook, but does allow for a digital copy.
