Things I learned last night playing CSM

Forgefiends and HelDrakes have it will not die
    Typhus has FNP
If Typhus rolls a 1 on his daemon weapon he is allowed to take an Invuln save and a FNP but is reduced to weapon skill 1
Forgefiends and Maulerfiends ignore stunned on a 2+

This was G4 and I finally did not get tabled or lose, so I am happy with the result

I think I am starting to find a build that suits me for maximum performance as I am concerned

I am looking forward to the next round in the campaign

Awesome man ... I have a soft spot for Chaos from my fantasy side, but it seems that apart from Daemonkin it is a tough book to find the right balance with in 40k. Glad to hear that you are finding your groove.

By the way, good job. I know the feels. I don't remember exactly how many months I went before getting a win, but it was at least six. It was one of the escalation league games.

Pffft my helldrake dies like a bitch every game I use it lol. Jim goes, "man i don't have anything to hurt that, it's going to tear me up i guess..." I said, "yea pretty much but hey doesn't that squad there have haywire?" Jim: "Yea but it's only 3 shots, it's not going to do much." Me: "Try it anyway, what else are they going to shoot!"

3 shots, one 6, rolled a 6 for haywire, result = stunned, the squad that shot me was 18 inches directly in front of me.......... >.< lol!

And you wonder why people complain that we need a manual written to reign in the nonsense we play with

I am having a hard time with this during my games. I have not made a daemon save yet afaik and suffered a lot of explodes results. that is one of the reasons I have been frustrated but I think I am starting to get used to it.
