    ITC revisions voting is now open

    I voted for all the proposed changes personally, but I can see why some people would not.

    Really, all I care about is that we are not limited to two damn detachments at places using the ITC format. It's bad enough you can only have 1 of each kind of detachment (wish they had put THAT up for a vote, ugh).
