After reading this I have decided that the movie "Pineaple Express" should redo one of its quotes from:

I definitely have a huge place in my heart for DAOC but I don't know if i could stomach playing on that old platform anymore. I can't wait for my beta access to unchained though!

Chris as for Unchained... you will be waiting for awhile. I am in the Alpha and they have some cool concepts but its a sand box that needs a lot of work. They won't hit their Beta deadline by a long shot. This is a good short stint till that gets developed. Did I mention this was free?

DAoC pre-Trials was easily my favorite MMO of all time, great community, great concept, tons of fun. I don't really PC game anymore, but it makes me thing about coming back ... so much fun. Screw Albion though Nick, obviously Midgard is where it's at!

I had characters all over- Had shadowblade at RR9 and Bone dancer plus healers. Then had Albs plus hibs. Man... I had 50's in pretty much all classes ...DAoC pre-Trials was easily my favorite MMO of all time, great community, great concept, tons of fun. I played hib on galahad Albion easily had twice our numbers and don't get me started on nightshade vs infiltrator balance lol.
