Hey guys, it's Matt from Wonkos Toys and Games. We have been re-tooling our rotating Saturday schedule so that we have a Warhammer event every Saturday of the month (unless there is a magic pre-release of course). So now in addition to our 2nd Saturday Warhammer 40k Tournament, we have our 1st Saturday of the month 40K Kill Team tournament.

Starting October 1st and the continuing on the 1st Saturday of each month we will have a 3 round Kill Team Tournament starting at noon. We are using the new Kill Team rules that are available as a pdf on Games Workshop's website or in the Kill Team box set in the store.

Here are the basics for team construction.
- Made up of models from a single codex or codex supplement totaling 200 points.
- Models may be selected from up to 2 troop choices, an elite choice, and a fast attack choice
- A Kill Team must have at least 4 non-vehicle models. One must be your leader and 3 must be specialists (described in the rules)
- No models with more than 3 wounds or hull points
- No vehicle whose front, rear, and side armour values add up to more than 33
- No flyers
- No models with 2+ armour saves
