I live in a 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment at The Heights in Austin at 4404 E Oltorf pretty much at the crossing of Oltorf and Pleasant Valley. I am trying to sublet my 1 bedroom/1 bath I have a lease beginning on August 1, 2011 that last for a year and ends on July 31, 2012. You will share the apartment with 2 other roommates, but your bathroom is attached to your bedroom and you will have an aprtment key as well as a room key that is seperate. The price of 375$, which is ALL BILLS PAID, and includes Electricity/Water/Cable+HBO/Wireless Internet/FULLY FURNISHED and there is also a Washer/Dryer in the apartment as well. It is a College type atmosphere at the complex with alot of younger people living here but there are families that live here as well. They have a pool as well as a fully equipped weight room and buisness center with computers and internet located there. The maintenance staff is always fast and friendly and I have never had any issues. If you are interested the sooner the better for me as I am moving due to work and will not be able to honor the next lease. I am currently living in the apartment now and renewed it several months ago and my lease ends July 31, 2011 so if you would like to come by and check it out you can. The good thing about this rate of 375$ all bills paid is that I renewed at the beginnning of the year to lock in that rate and now the rate is at 455$ a month for all bills paid and furnished like mine is and they say it will only go up. This is a great deal and the leasing agents told me that if I were to find someone to take over the next lease they would be able to handle all the paper work and make it as painless as possible and if anyone has pets they could add that to the lease.
