    Beer brewing!

Hey guys, I figured my name got out that I'm no slouch for brewing, so I'm offering my services to continue to improve my craft. Here's my pitch:

Pick an idea or name-brand beer you want to emulate, and I'll brew it up. 5 gallon batches (that's about 50 beers) for $80, with a money-back guarantee that if you're not satisfied, there's no risk. Bottle or keg ($50 deposit on the keg that you get back when you return it).

Let me know if you have any further ideas or concerns about this plan. Also, spread the word!

    PM me any orders!

Fullers ESB. I would like it in time for the fall. (And no earlier!) Could this be done?

Yessir, I'll pick some up today and taste test it to see what I need to do. In bottle it's all told a 5-6 week process, so if I jump on it in the next week, it should be ready early October. I'll PM you the details!

Do you need the full sum up front? or is it half now, the rest on delivery. I'm interested in a good wheaty hefeweizen. The beer I'd love is called 1878, but the only place I have ever found it was in Germany. Here is a link to a review page: http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/3426/7995 PLease let me know if you could do something like this.

@ Cowboy, it's half up, half on delivery, and $10 back when you return the majority of the bottles back! And wheaty hefes are simple to learn, hard to master, I'd love to test my skills on that! I'll see if there's any flavor profiles in another beer and get back to you on specifics. If you have any, say, Fireman 4 with a more dark wheat front and a bit more punch from the hops, I'd greatly appreciate it.
