I built up a bunch of my GK force with the SM battleforce, since the GK boxes have so many build options. I decided my Purifiers and Purgation Squad would have more knightly looking helmets, so I filed down a bunch of Chaos Warrior helmets. My brotherhood champion wears one too.



Wasn't even going to play GKs but my wife surprised me when these guys came out and budgeted our tax refund so we each got a good chunk of fun money after the bills. Here's what I bought to piece together my force:

SM Battle Force
2x Grey Knights [power armor 2x 4 build options!]
Kaldor Draigo [The metal one still...]
Dread Knight
2x GK Terminators [Plus I had 5 other terminators in my bits box, so I've managed 10 GKs and 5 paladin, and I'm converting 5 more terminators from my old army]

I already had a regular Dreadnought primed and ready to paint for my old army

I don't mind if all the gks don't have the custom armor, my special units take the fancy armor, my GK strike squads are all just space marines for the most part. I glued bolters together, chopped off the stalk and fixed to theirs arms, works good enough for me! I conisder the Strike Squads the Grunts of my army, one step above henchmen, they haven't earned the aegis armor yet, haha
